"My flag pole order arrived, but there's more to come..."
I placed my order for a flag pole and got it pretty quickly, but that’s all that showed up. I’m still on the lookout for another package that should have the rest of the stuff needed to set it up. It’s been more than a week since the pole arrived.

"Nice flags, but the next day delivery was a bust."
The quality of the flags was solid and matched our expectations. I’m giving a low score because I forked out an extra $108 for next day air shipping, but only 2 out of the 5 flags showed up on time. The remaining three took a whole 4 days from when I placed the order. I contacted customer service, but they didn’t appear to have any strategy for refunding the shipping costs.
